Lesson Two: Richard Pellissier-Lush 157 ASSESS: The debriefing questions after the activating activity and Richard's video are forms of formative assessment. Teachers will be able to check what students took away from the videos and make connections to the other parts of the lesson. The role-playing activity is also a form of formative assessment. Teachers will be able to see if groups understand what positive sportsmanship looks like by utilizing the Seven Sacred Teach- ings and correct any misconceptions students have.
