Students will watch Sateana Goupil's Fireside Chat inter- view in which Sateana discusses his work as a skilled trade journeyman electrician and is a former hockey player. Students will do a rotational grati activity about dierent topics surround- ing mentorship. Afterwards they will present their findings from the activity. To summarize the students' learning, they will complete a reflection writing activity answering two self-reflection questions. Students will be assessed by a peer-feedback group assessment form based on how well they worked in their groups. MATERIALS •Six large chart or poster papers •Six dierent colours of markers (each group will have their own colour. So enough coloured markers for each group) •Example: o 5 red markers o 5 blue markers o 5 black markers o 5 green markers o 5 purple markers o 5 orange markers •Whiteboard and whiteboard markers •Pencils and looseleaf paper or computer-access for reflection writing •"Group Evaluation" Handout •"Reflection Writing Assessment Rubric" Skilled Trades
