Conclusion
❑ Overall, the evaluation finds that Connected North is:
o appropriately targeting its intended outcomes (Q1);
o is well designed (Q2);
o and is being implemented largely as intended (Q4).
o Given that the underlying program theory is robust (Q3),
the program can
reasonably be claimed to contribute to its intended outcomes.
❑ This conclusion is further supported by evidence from teachers who
report seeing many of these outcomes emerge in their classrooms (Q5),
although—as is typical in complex program environments—this remains
the most difficult area to demonstrate definitively.
"It's probably one of the
best educational partners
any school board in the
North could possibly have
on their side right now."
