Evaluation Questions
If the evaluation finds that Connected North is appropriately targeting its intended outcomes
(Q1); the program design (Q2) and the hypothesized outcomes chain (Q3) are supported by
educational research and practice; the program is being implemented as designed (Q4); and
that the earlier outcomes linked to graduation rates are being observed (Q5)...
Then we can reasonably conclude that Connected North is contributing to its intended
outcomes.
1. Is the program targeting the right outcomes?
2. Is the program well-designed?
3. Is the outcomes chain reasonable?
4. Is the program being implemented as designed?
5. Does the program appear to be contributing to its intended short- and
medium-term outcomes?
