Create time and space to reflect on our own values and behaviours as individuals and
organisations. Don't assume we are getting it right. Challenge ourselves, recognise
our own prejudice and explore the depths of our own feelings. This gives us the
foundation to articulate and communicate what is important and why it matters.
Talk is not enough. Ideas and suggestions need to be embedded into the values,
structure and processes of the organisation. Talked about, reviewed regularly and
refined. Learning needs to be captured and shared.
