lifestyle has real, worldly consequences.
When students believe that their voice has the ability to enact real change, they begin to
reflect this power in their actions. Change starts with youth empowerment, making it
crucial that we have environmental education implemented throughout the current school
system. We want youth from kindergarten to grade twelve to have opportunities to
participate in educational programs relating to environmental stewardship. We can
achieve this by supporting an existing program, and by showing the school board that
these types of programs are important.
