Never Stop Learning While research is important at the start of your social entrepreneurship journey, it doesn't stop there. Hayley and Zubaida talk about the importance of adaptability, asking questions, and learning from the challenges you encounter. Hayley Mundeva | Founder of GH90 Gaining access to various resources and insights has made me realize how we have to put on a lot of different hats as social entrepreneurs. We have to have basic knowledge of several specialties. I realized that research never really stops within a social enterprise! As founders and entrepreneurs, we are always making assumptions and claims about what people's needs are. It's important for us to continually go to our clients and ask them pointed questions to ensure that we're developing products/services that are valuable to them and are meeting an unmet need of theirs. GH90 is an employment accelerator that provides job- and skill-building opportunities to facilitate successful recruitment and retention of emerging leaders into the global health workforce. 11
