Failure can be good (based on perspective) because it teaches you what works and what doesn't. The most important thing is resilience. I also learned: ● That it is normal to experience challenges but even more important to adapt to changing environments and be willing to meet these challenges with problem solving skills/creative solutions ● It is possible to turn minor setbacks and disappointments around for the greater good ● That it is a good idea to always calculate best possible scenarios as well as worst possible scenarios and solutions. ● The importance of persistence and maintaining momentum Zubaida Zang Designs is a social enterprise with the primary objective of solving problems in economically disadvantaged communities around Africa. This will be achieved through manufacturing socially conscious lines that fall within the brands mission and aesthetic. 12
