I
n order to support one another with these pressures
we exchanged ideas around how to take care of
ourselves. From our examples it became clear that
our ability to navigate these pressures relies on self-care
efforts that balance physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual aspects of our wellness. While not all of our
cultures follow the Medicine Wheel we do all connect to
holistic approaches of being and so we have arranged
our wellness strategies here according to physical,
mental, emotional and spiritual approaches.
