Jennifer Faria, a skilled painter, illustrator, and graphic designer, has beautifully illustrated two children's books, Raven, Rabbit, Deer and Finding Moose. Her presentations begin with an introduction to her background, followed by a live reading of Finding Moose. She then discusses emotions, teaches self-portraiture, and guides students in creating three emotional self-portraits. "Mastering Emotive Drawing" is for older students and is the advanced version of Jennifer's "Draw Your Feelings" presentation. Mastering Emotive Drawing Jennifer Faria Deb Enoch's proud ancestry is Northern Tutchone and Upper Tanana, and she is a dedicated member of White River First Nation. After retiring from her successful career at Northwestel, she took up sewing and started her own creative business, iBead with Deb E. She is loving and eagerly learning traditional beading, one bead at a time. In this engaging session, students will connect with Deb to create a two-colour beaded key fob. This is a simple, one-needle project that can be completed in two sessions. Students will also learn the intricate Picot edging technique. Beaded Key Fob Deb Enoch The vibrant hues of the aurora borealis blend seamlessly with chalk pastels, enabling artists to mimic the sky's dancing lights with soft gradients. Watercolor painting, a beautiful art form, lets artists create stunning, colorful works. When painting trees with watercolors, endless possibilities for creativity arise. The contrast between bright tree hues and a dark background can produce a dramatic effect.
