Dentilum Earrings with Amanda Baton Amanda Baton Métis people are one of the three officially recognized groups of Indigenous peoples within Canada, alongside First Nations and Inuit. The Métis are especially renowned for their elaborate floral beadwork, which was intricately designed to adorn clothing, accessories, and other materials. This beadwork was highly prized for both sale and trade, reflecting the cultural richness of the Métis community. "Dot Art" employs dots of paint to replicate and mimic the patterns and styles found in traditional Métis beading.
