Observe a sheep heart dissection and discuss how our own heart works and how the many parts of the circulatory system work together support the body. This 50-minute workshop explores the history of the Sash and teaches finger weaving techniques to create a small friendship bracelet or a book mark. Many provinces in the Métis homeland have designed unique Sashes for their regions or groups. I will share stories that complement the teachings, explaining the meanings behind the Sash's colors.
