William McLean is a Métis Musician and Movement coach who helps people connect with their power, freedom of expression and Inner Peace. Will will start by getting the kids up and breathing. He will discuss the importance of breathing and how to breathe properly. Then, we will get into some movement, mimicking various animal poses and sounds. We will about getting energy moving through the body and creating from a place of joy. We will finish with some free dancing and live music. A semi-finalist on the 22-23 season of Canada's Got Talent, she also holds a Wellness Counsellor Diploma. In this session, Beatrice offers an opportunity to delve into the rich layers of boundaries. She explores the type of boundaries, benefits, signs of ignored boundaries, and practical tips for implementing boundaries.
