During the Session Be aware of varying difficulty levels for different students in activities. Actively move around the room to encourage positive behavior and participation. Address disruptions promptly, reminding the class of respect and proper behavior. Intervene and assist students struggling with activities, maintaining a balance between facilitator and hands-on support. If disruptions persist, pause the session, speak directly to the class about behavior, and, if necessary, request a short break. Acknowledge potential fatigue and waning focus, incorporating short breaks for stretching to re- energize students. Let the providers know and ask for a stretch break. Plan sessions in advance to ensure smooth participation. Confirm students are prepared with water and have taken necessary breaks.
