Closing Comments Beyond the memorable sessions already identified, there are too many remarkable moments to mention as a result of the session offerings we have accessed. But let me name just a few more. We take advantage of the sewing and beading sessions as often as possible as we make Christmas gifts for people we love. We have created one-of-a-kind stickers facilitated by Coast Salish artist Ovila Milhot to help us create a collective identity as a class. I have a tradition of making slime on Halloween as we explore states of matter. Our grade dissects squids alongside a marine biologist when we discuss future career options in Health class. Connected North has made it possible for these experiences to be both engaging and educational. I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of this program in shaping the minds and hearts of my students. As we continue our journey with Connected North, I look forward to witnessing every student shine like the stars we study as they realize their connection to the vast world around them.
