During this last school year, we had
over 900 teachers book a session for
K-12 students across 130 schools
participating in the program. It has
been remarkable to have been able
to attract such a talented team of
experts to be able to support the
process of delivering high quality
learning experiences at this scale.
To support consistency of feedback
loops, we launched a session rating
system where teachers are provided
with an e-mail and form to easily
rate sessions and offer feedback.
This has allowed our school leads to
review and follow-up on any
feedback for content providers, with
data that is also collected for
analysis by our operations team at
the aggregate level.
