23 professional development sessions were delivered over 5 days to an audience of 113 teachers
based in Nunavut. Sessions included "Delving Deeper into Phonics & Phonemic Awareness," "Story
Sparks: Inspiring Students to Write," "Math Centres (K-4)," and "Teacher Take Care."

A monthly professional development series for teaching Math for early and middle years.
WELL-BEING LINKS
There were over 900 sessions delivered this year directly under the subject of "Health, Wellness and
Physical Education." Itʼs important to note that the program also continues to categorize every
session, regardless of subject, by the Connected North Well-Being Framework, identifying
linkages between content delivered and opportunities to strengthen student well-being based on our
research.
