have. Plans do not
always go as
predicted.
10) Learned About Flexibility &
Furthermore, with the extent of this project, we have
come across unexpected obstacles. Indeed, delayed book
deliveries, workshop cancellations and our own personal
lives have forced us to find solutions at the moment.
These situations have become lessons for this upcoming
year. We are better prepared for the unexpected and have
preventative measures in place such as back-up books
and workshops and team replacements to avoid last-
minute scrambles.

Section 4:
One thing I learned from this project is flexibility in
planning. There were many unforeseen issues because of
covid, and many events we initially planned were canceled.
Eventually, we did come up with alternative events, but
contingency planning is something important we learned.
