The biggest success with this
project was learning to adapt as a
team to the challenges we faced,
whether it be the location of the
once-in-person aspect or the
delivery delays for Amazon. In the
end, we banded together as a team
and pushed through to deliver
this amazing program to the
youth. All in all, our perseverance
is what we are proudest of.
I'm most proud of the way I
lead and connect with my
team, as well as the personal
growth I've experienced.
Project Leaders were proud of the growth in personal skills as they successfully completed
their community service project. They commented on how accomplishing their project
positively changed their sense of self and helped them to develop new skills along the way.
3) The Self-Growth
Since I've never planned or hosted my own
event in general (ever) before this, that in itself
is something I feel proud of. This is something
that I didn't think I could accomplish before
because it felt like it wasn't within my reach or
that it was such a complex thing to achieve - as
if it wasn't possible for someone like me to be
able to make it happen.
