remain connected throughout their stay.

An iPad can assist with communication, wellness and education for
hospital patients. And although family members were unable to visit in
person, this helped patients feel less alone in times of need.

The results from the project were great! Some recipients were
able to reach old family members. One client regained contact with his
sick daughter in Alberta and another could finally access government
services and book necessary appointments.
