Keep spooning the fl our mixture into the water and add a bit more water to it. Make sure
the fl our's slowly coming into the middle, not putting it all in at once. Some people refer
to bannock as hockey pucks, which is what happens when you mix it too quickly.
"If you have clean hands at the end of making your bannock, then it's not properly done."
Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty. Keep mixing until the mixture looks like this:
