If you take that time and you use ingredients properly and go at a slower pace, it's going to turn out really fluffy and tasty." You have to eye out how much water to add. Start by filling up the well in your ingredi- ents with water. Spoon the flour mixture into the water from the edges of your well to mix it. There's going to be dry flour on the outside, but in the middle, you're going to have a wet mixture of the water and the flour coming together. Mix it until it gets bubbly and the flour is not drying. Don't add all the water at all at once. Take your time with it. Look for the bubbles in your mixture.
