"Nothing is worse than designing a whole nice poster, making it nice and pretty, uploading it to Facebook, and then having Facebook crop it and losing all this other information over here. We don't want that to happen. And it's actually completely unnecessary." Make sure that the canvas of the poster you're designing is the exact size that you need it to be when you upload it. Not sure what size you need? Google it. If you make it the wrong size at first, here's how to find out how to fix it: Google "how to change the size of my canvas + whatever it is you are working in (pho- toshop, lucidpress, illustrator etc)" Want to make sure your poster is even? Photoshop and Lucidpress have smart grids to help you make sure everything is in alignment. What will you promote with your first social media posters?
