Aaliyan Khan | Founder of The Positivity Project "There is no certain age to be an entrepreneur. I always grew up thinking that I wasn't old enough to make a business that is making social impact a reality, but the project allowed me to change my perception. Being in an environment with other like-minded people my age really inspired me to do the best I can no matter the challenges in front of me. I have learned that entrepreneurship is more about the process than the actual destination as you learn so much through the experience. Things such as being more time-manageable, self-regulative and adaptive are some of the things I have learned during the fellowship period and I am so thankful for that." The Positivity Project is an initiative to help spread positivity and love around the world. It is an online store, that gives the opportunity to purchase a card that will be hand-written and shipped by our business with the goal to inspire and spread positivity to anyone around the world! A C T I O N I T E M S To begin, ask yourself these important questions about your community, local and/ or global: ● What interests me about my community? ● What would I like to see in my community? ● What could be different in my community? What could be better? ● What goods and/or services are needed in my community? ● What social innovations currently exist in my community? ● How is my social innovation idea different than the others? ● Who do I want to involve in my idea? ● What do I want to learn about my community? 5
