DisaRec aims to empower
persons with disabilities
(PWD) in the workforce
by creating a dedicated
PWD platform and website.
This system will allow for
those with disabilities to
find continuous and fair
employment opportunities
with higher salaries as well
as offer them with training
opportunities that can build
on their human capital.

and shifting society's perception that
people with disabilities are unable to
fully participate in their communities.
This project is also helping those
with disabilities to see themselves
differently and be encouraged to live
a better life through employment.
