38 Maybe I have more to offer than I credited myself to have... Identifying with my strengths helped me see a deeper meaning as to what leadership is, made me feel good about myself... then it made me think about the youth in my community, who might also not take the time to identify their strengths, made me think do they know what their strengths are, have they asked themselves that? And with that thought in mind made me think of how awesome it would be to be able to encourage that sort of thinking. — Maggie Moose Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation When I was a child we would learn how to bead and sew, which helps with our creativity. Creativity is very important when it comes to leadership, we have to come up with new ways and expand our thinking.
