The work that we are doing is
so important. We have such an
intelligent generation of Gwich'in
coming up that are starting to
express themselves intellectually
about all that surrounds them...
They have really impressed me
with how engaged they are and
that they want to be a part of many
conversations we're having on
important topics including modern
treaties and citizenship... I know
that if guided, mentored, and
sometimes pushed along the way
that our young people, no matter
where they live, will live up to
their responsibilities to help
teach, heal and protect
