What would you like to see for the future of the Sprout Ideas Fellowship Community? More Long-term Connection Provide ongoing connection opportunities between past and current Fellows. Improve Access and Representation Fellows shared a need for centring Indigenous and marginalized voices in the programming and beyond. Develop Systems Level Thinking Fellows want to keep learning to develop the projects to be able to influence policies or be adapted to other communities. Continued Funding Support Fellows noted the importance of funding and institutional support to sustain their efforts. Peer-Learning Opportunities Fellows want to be able to share challenges, lessons and ideas with each other. Ongoing Mentorship and Support Many Fellows expressed a need for continued guidance as their projects grow.
