Expanding Community Impact "I envision expanding the project by inviting a wider range of speakers and collaborating with more student groups and local organizations to increase reach and impact." - 2025 Sprout Fellow Build Towards Long-Term Programming Strengthening Partnerships & Collaboration Fellows want to reach more participants and communities by expanding to new regions, schools and audiences. They are working hard to develop additional program offerings and resources, as well as growing their digital platforms to increase reach and participants. "Next, I want to secure funding to transform this initiative into a sustainable program. My goal is to run it as an 8-week experience, offered both in-person and online to increase accessibility and reach" - Omer Abdalla Many Fellows emphasized moving their projects from short- term, one-time initiatives to more sustainable or recurring ones. Fellows are seeking to refine, adapt and expand their programs based on feedback and community needs. "I envision the project growing into a consistent platform for community connection and empowerment — not just one- off classes, but an ongoing space where women can learn, collaborate, and support one another. " - 2025 Sprout Fellow Partnerships and collaboration are critical to the growth, sustainability and relevance of the Fellows' initiatives. To continue deepening their impact, Fellows said they want to develop cross-sector partnerships, leverage existing networks and strengthen community trust.
