Fellowship Learning and Experience Fellows were asked to select their top three skills developed during the Sprout Ideas Fellowship. The most commonly mentioned skills were: "I learned how to manage funds effectively, track expenses, and make strategic decisions to maximize the impact of a limited budget. These skills were essential in making sure the project stayed organized and sustainable" 03 Budgeting - Samatar Hassan "The Fellowship helped me build meaningful connections with other changemakers, organizations, and collaborators. These relationships supported knowledge sharing and opened opportunities for future partnerships and initiatives." 04 Networking & Outreach - Samorah Philippeau "Working on my project improved my leadership skills by giving me the responsibility and confidence to guide a full team of youth volunteers, manage partnerships, and run a large-scale community event from start to finish." 01 Leadership - David Clermont "Going through the Learning Modules laid out a structured plan for how to advance a project with clear goals, expectations and paths. With this experience, I now have a better understanding of how to make a detailed plan when I take on more social innovation projects in the future" 02 Planning - Robyn Solland
