R. Adeboye, C. Flewelling,V. Ogbole, E. O'Sullivan 54 they use strategies such as simple yes/no prompts, physical gestures, or quick movement breaks especially when "students are kind of wiggly," to maintain energy and support engagement across age ranges. Content Providers The vast majority (97%) of surveyed Content Providers indicated that they were at least somewhat satisfied with the level of support they received from Connected North; and in interviews, there was unanimous agreement that Connected North provides exceptional support. Support was described as responsive, relational, and integral to successful delivery, with comments like the following emphasizing Connected North's efforts at continuous improvement "I think that Connect North strives to meet the needs of the providers, so that those programs that are delivered to their schools, teachers, and students really meet those needs as well, and I think they strive on a regular basis all the time to do that." "…throughout the years, they've definitely added more support. As they created their platform. So, they created more training videos, which have been super helpful." Write-in responses from the Content Provider survey include a modest amount of additional evidence. Given the nature of the relevant write-in question (i.e., on effective approaches to engaging students), most references to support provided by Connected North referred to the importance of that support, rather than specifying whether that support was actually provided. However, some of those responses did speak to the level of support provided, with almost 95% being positive 27 . Comments varied on the type of support received, including setup, management, and troubleshooting of IT systems; support for Content Provider innovation and creativity; and providing feedback and ideas on how to improve sessions and maximize student engagement. Teachers Overall, Connected North's operational support for teachers—for example in finding, booking, and hosting sessions—appears very strong. Finding and booking sessions: Teachers were asked how they learned about what sessions Connected North offered, and their views on the online catalogue and booking tool. Many described what they liked about the online tool. For example: "Excellent, like superb. I love the way it's set up. I love the way it's cross referenced. So I can find workshops or presentations that I need in a variety of different ways." 27 One of the two negative comments noted that the session hosts were not always on time, while the other indicated a desire for more feedback from Connected North than they had received to date. "[Staff member] was very helpful in showing me how to have the students be more interactive with the presentations, and [staff member] input on including a worksheet has proven to work wonders so that the students aren't just being talked at." -Content Provider Survey Respondent "I've never worked with a more supportive organisation" -Content Provider Interviewee
