Ashley is a proud Indigenous woman who works across Turtle Island to Impact Storytelling: How You Lead Ashley Richard empower Indigenous students to see themselves as changemakers, leaders, and business owners. She brings energy, honesty, and hands-on storytelling to every session she leads with youth. The Goal of Impact Storytelling is to enable students to identify what matters to them, understand how to communicate it clearly, and reflect on the journey that shapes their values, dreams, and sense of impact. Ashley will guide students through an interactive workbook that includes a journey mapping activity and an impact statement builder.
