This year, Connected North reached a significant milestone in facilitating over 7,400
interactive learning sessions, bringing diverse educational opportunities directly into
classrooms and communities. This is a record for the program in its 12 year history! This
equals over 368,000 minutes of learning this year.
● 200 Participating Schools reaching over 37,000 students:
We expanded to include 30 additional schools from last
school year!
● 1,366 Unique Teachers Engaged:
Our network continues to expand, with more than 1,300
unique teachers actively booking sessions —demonstrating
the program's growing reach and relevance.
● 95% Program Satisfaction:
An overwhelming majority of teachers reported high
satisfaction, underscoring the program's positive impact on
teaching and learning.
● 447 Active Content Providers:
The heart of Connected North is our vibrant community of content providers. This year, 76
new organizations and individuals shared their expertise, creativity, and cultural
knowledge.
● 56% Indigenous Providers:
Over half of sessions were delivered by First
Nations, Inuit and Métis providers, ensuring
authentic voices are central to programming.
● 45% Digital Platform Requested Sessions:
Nearly half of all sessions were requested
through our digital platform, reflecting the
growing ease and accessibility of our services.
