Closing Comments Success Criteria Keep your eyes on the speaker. Be quiet so you can hear the information. Keep your hands on your desk. Stay in your seat. Listen closely, and think about questions you might want to ask. Raise your hand if you have a question or comment. Thank the presenter when we are finished. We have followed up our sessions with writing activities. Often we will write a procedure on how we created a piece of art. After the session, we brainstorm about what we learned, and we write words that we can use in our writing, and then students write about their experience with the Connected North Session and what they created. Connected North has been a valuable resource in supporting the enhancement of our classroom curriculum. We have learned from experts and have created many experiences that they can recall and use in their own lives.
