ellows were asked, "How did the Sprout Ideas Fellowship support your project impact?" Fellows described how the Fellowship not only supported them in achieving their immediate project impact, but also supported them in laying the groundwork for their projects to have a sustainable, FINANCIAL SUPPORT SUPPORT COORDINATORS PEER LEARNING CIRCLES LEARNING MODULES F long-term impact. Through a thematic analysis of their responses, four major themes of support from the Fellowship were found: financial support, Fellowship Support Coordinators, peer learning circles, and learning modules. Fellows explained how the financial support provided by the Fellowship allowed them to scale their project impact through new avenues such as additional outreach capabilities, securing venues, accessing specialized equipment, creating community partnerships and more. Fellows expressed appreciation for their Fellowship Support Coordinators for their invaluable mentorship and the role they played in supporting their project impact. Having this one-on-one mentorship allowed the Fellows to receive guidance that was specific to their projects' goals. Fellows also highlighted how the peer learning circles created an important community of support throughout their projects. These communities were a place of idea sharing, collaboration and inspiration. Lastly, Fellows described how the learning modules and resources provided throughout the Fellowship were essential in achieving their project impact. Some of these key learnings included how to develop partnerships, manage volunteers and budget funding. THE SPROUT IDEAS FELLOWSHIP WAS A CORNERSTONE OF OUR SUCCESS...THE FELLOWSHIP'S FINANCIAL BACKING WAS CRUCIAL, AIDING US IN SECURING FURTHER SPONSORSHIPS AND LENDING CREDIBILITY TO OUR ENDEAVOURS. THE SUPPORT FROM THE FELLOWSHIP WAS A KEY FACTOR IN BRINGING OUR PROJECT TO FRUITION. ...THE TRAINING RESOURCES PROVIDED BY THE FELLOWSHIP EQUIPPED US WITH THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, INSIGHTS, AND TOOLS THAT ARE CRUCIAL FOR CAPACITY BUILDING AND FOR US TO EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITY. THE SPROUT IDEAS FELLOWSHIP WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN SUPPORTING OUR PROJECT'S IMPACT. THEIR GUIDANCE AND RESOURCES HELPED US BETTER STRUCTURE OUR ACTIVITIES, SET ACHIEVABLE GOALS, AND EFFECTIVELY ENGAGE WITH THE COMMUNITY.
