CONTENT PROVIDERS
We also created a secondary platform view tailored to the content providers, allowing us to support
their needs by showing them their schedule, outlining all session details so they can prepare
effectively, offering training and best practices modules, handling shipping of session supplies for
them and invoicing and paying them automatically. To date, 299 of our 383 active content
providers (78%) have used the platform.
This year there were 4,167 invoices automatically generated for providers, with payment occurring
on average within 24 business hours. 1,764 resource orders and shipments were also automated by
the platform, making it easier for the content providers to engage students with hands-on materials.
This year, we integrated the platform with Canada Postʼs system to notify teachers of packages ready
for pick up.
TEAM MEMBERS
The platform has been integral to help the Connected North team keep up with growing program
demand while also ensuring smooth delivery. We have created functionality for automations and
notifications that are having a transformative impact on how our team operates and spends time.
