The lessons learned from
our project are that
teamwork reduces
workload, the ability to
conquer challenges
quicker, have more ideas,
and provides a service
everyone will enjoy!
Partnerships are key. We
collaborated with the public,
private sectors and individuals
as well to run an effective
project. The participation of
such various stakeholders is
absolutely necessary.
From my project, I understood the value of community more
when hosting this event, especially for trying to make an
impact locally. I realized the importance of networking as
well and how building those connections are so beneficial for
the future development of the project (and even personal
growth), it's also very meaningful - sustaining relationships
with others is key for community based initiatives and for
enacting change (collective > individual).
