hough all 17 SDG's have been covered by
at least a few projects, the most popular
SDG's addressed were: Good Health and
Well-being (Goal 3), Quality Education (Goal
4), Sustainable Cities and Communities (Goal
11), Reduced Inequalities (Goal 10), and Zero
Hunger (Goal 2). Through these top 5 SDG's alone,
#RisingYouth distributed $5.8 million amongst
5,206 youth-led community service projects.
#RisingYouth allowed youth the freedom to
design their own projects which led to diversity
amongst the initiatives. To name a few, we had
grantees who planned care package distributions,
hosted community clean-ups, taught educational
workshops, and planned events to advocate for
equality. We are grateful for every single youth who
has volunteered their time and contributed to the
progression of the SDG's through #RisingYouth,
as they have truly lived up to the testimony that
youth are the leaders of today.
