9 # R I S I N G Y O U T H C O M M U N I T Y I M P A C T V O L . 2 We are thankful to the Government of Canada for the opportunity to implement this micro grants program at scale over the past 5 years and for our program evaluators who have helped us understand insights related to our success factors. It is incredible to think that we could develop mechanisms to ensure youth would receive a response on a grant application within an average of just 10 days, and this commitment sets a standard for what is possible when we think about responsive grant making practices. We're proud of our team in setting an example for the expansion of this model that will allow many more youth serving organizations to oer micro- grants in the future. It really shows how much of a dierence a small group of people can make. Congratulations to all of the Alumni who have led the way! May you continue to nd people and organizations that allow you to expand your ideas, hopes and capabilities.
