Goals for CSC Convening Team
The goal for our final phase of the CSC
Coalition was to create a resilient peer
network across participating members
of the National and Regional CSC
Partners focused on peer learning,
knowledge sharing and shared
problem-solving.
Peer Learning Circles
In the Spring of 2021, CSC
organizations had the opportunity to
extend invitations to their CSC staff to
participate in a 6-month circle with
smaller groups of staff with similar
roles. In total 7 sessions took place
with a total of 25 CSC organizations.
Knowledge Exchange Sessions
The CSC Convening Team hosted 7
knowledge sharing sessions on topics
ranging from Deep Listening &
Facilitation, Engaging People with
Disabilities, Inclusivity, Indigenous
perspectives and the practice of
Graphic Facilitation.

Mental Health Resource
On Thursday October 21, 2021,
the Coalition celebrated the
official launch of the
Elements mental health
resource. This is a book to
ground, energize, relax and
inspire readers with a journal
component to prompt
reflection and empowerment.
