Steps: On a poster board or piece of paper, draw a tree. Make sure to draw it so that it has many branches and leaves. On each leaf, write one thing you are grateful for. It can be a person, place, experience, gift, item, personal quality, resource etc. Although it may be hard to think of a big list, one you get going you might be surprised about how many things you there are to be grateful for! Make sure to hang this in your room or somewhere you can read it when you are feeling down. Optional Activity: If none of the above activities interest you, you can create your own art piece. Steps: Create your own piece of art and explain to the teacher why you chose to do this, what the purpose was and how it helped you.
