Packages were given to community organizations to help families based on need. " Learning how to grow our own food helps us to become more self- sufficient and, in turn, less reliant on the current food-supply chain that can be impacted by various factors, including weather and in this case, a pandemic. " • "Food Insecurity Event" involving 300 high school and university students as part of a #SupportLocal Series to raise awareness on how COVID-19 is impacting business owners.
