LESSON 1: RULE OF THIRDS
The first concept Sara talks about is the Rule of Thirds. It's a guideline for composing
visual images.
Start with imagining there is a grid on your camera that looks like this:
That grid is applicable no matter which way you flip your camera.
This is how the grid looks on an actual image.
You always want two thirds of your image to be one element and one third to be another.
That could be two thirds of your image being a person and a third being your background
or vice versa. You're also going to want to check your alignment to make sure your image
isn't twisted or crooked.
