Diana talks about how most artists and companies will agree that having the prettiest or the dopest or the cleanest or the butteriest branding and marketing is an essential goal that should always be in your game plan. You don't need a lot of things to get started. Just software and maybe a tablet. Diana uses her tablet that connects to her laptop so she can draw her illustration directly into the software of her choosing. Tablets can range in price from very affordable to very pricey, but they're a great addition to your arsenal. That said, you don't actually need one to create great graphic art. You can still do node based editing. Diana sometimes moves the nodes individually, perfectly into place until her outlines are crisp. Here are some examples of free software that can be helpful: • Vector • SVG Edit • Inkscape These are some software examples that offer free subscriptions: • Photoshop • Adobe • InDesign • Adobe illustrator These are some mobile apps you can use on your phone: • Canva • Create • Photoshop Express • Tayasui Sketches "Feeling lost and making mistakes is all part of the process. When you're developing a new skill, don' t let it discourage you."
