What that means is when you pull that ruler over from the left, it's going to snap in place
in the center of the page. The result is the blue line you see in the middle.
Pull another one down from the top to find the centre of your canvas.
Press Control T on a PC to select the image. Rotate it while holding the shift button to
angle it vertically.
