Your recording will end up on iTunes as an m4A file.
You're going to want to hit "File" and "Convert" and "Create MP3 Version":
This is an important step if you want to upload your recording to your own website,
PodBean or Anchor. When you do that conversion, you will have an M4A and an MP3
version in your library.
