Internship Program The TakingITGlobal Internship program runs three times a year organisation in 2012 to implement TakingITGlobal programs and with a focus on mentorship, skill building and personal leadership develop their interests and skills through workshops, external development. 36 interns worked closely with staff across the opportunities and one-on-one mentorship. I was able to balance both, not only because the TIG team was so accommodating but because they were supportive of my work both in and outside the office.
