RECOMMENDATIONS:
Connect with participants one-on-one
to better understand what they need
to successfully engage and complete
the program. If possible, distribute
personal resources, such as food
vouchers, to support this.
Virtual learning is very different from
learning in-person. When designing
curriculum, take into account all
learning styles. Create several types
of learning resources for one skill,
such as an instructional video, step-
by-step instructional written guide,
live sessions, etc.
PRO-TIP:
Have an open conversation with
participants on other commitments
outside of the program. Adjust the
program's timing of live sessions
to best accommodate the majority
of participants.
