76 # R I S I N G Y O U T H C O M M U N I T Y I M P A C T The Digital Citizenship Project is an interactive performance designed and developed by #RisingYouth Mira Buckle. Covering themes such as privacy, media literacy, and enjoying real life outside the digital world, the play is intended for students in Grades 4 to 6. She then created a digital toolkit with her play script, talk back suggestions, and evaluations for other schools to use in the future. Mira's project has been so successful that the Newfoundland Labrador English School District has committed to supporting her in offering this performance to other schools over the next two years. Her goal is to reach another 500 students to educate them on how to be a positive digital citizen by using digital technologies in a safe and responsible way! " When you reach your goal and see your project through completion, there is a remarkable feeling of success; you're playing a part in making your community a better place. I feel everyone should have a chance to feel that!"
