Kiara created backpacks for three different age groups: infants, children, and teenagers. The infant bags were filled with items like diapers, wipes and baby bottles, while the bags for children and teens were filled with toothpaste and toothbrushes, colouring books, pencils, and other toys. Kiara worked in partnership with the local youth group home to deliver these backpacks full of care to the appropriate families. " A big lesson learned: "Small changes make big impacts." It takes a small step to allow someone to know they're valued in our community, and they are thought of. We do not all have the same path that we take in life, and unfortunately some of us take a tougher road than others. It is a powerful lesson to know that taking a small step can make a big impact in someone else's life."
